The Cute Little Beelink SER6 Mini PC
The Price Doesn’t Sting That Much Either
The Beelink SER6 measures a mere 126 x 113 x 42 mm (5 x 4.4 x 1.7″), a bit smaller than your average George R. R. Martin or Steve Erikson novel. Inside you will find an AMD Ryzen 7 6800H, 32 GB of DDR5-4800 (for some odd reason) and a 512 GB NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSD from Kingston; at least if you grab one similar to the version Guru3D reviewed. It does have space for a 2.5″ SATA drive if you so desire as well.
The networking is handled by a 2.5Gbps I225-V NIC as well as Intel AX200 WiFi 6 and BlueTooth 5.2 in this model, there is also an H model using AMD for the wireless and Realtec for the 2.5Gbps NIC. At least that seems to be the case as the review is a little unclear on that point; regardless of the model the network bandwidth remains the same.
In benchmarks and general usage this is one impressive box, the Beelink SER6 is one of the most powerful mini PCs that Guru3D have had the pleasure of testing. It was also nice to discover that under full load it still only produces 35~36 dBa, a little quieter than you might expect from something this small and powerful. The model they grabbed was 610 EUR, in the US it is running just under $700 at the moment.
